To accommodate legal practitioners, in 2016 the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State issued a handy overview ruling on the various aspects of planning damage. Sufficient (basic) knowledge of planning damage is useful in project development. Certain risks can then be overcome at an early stage. Municipal policy and related decision-making play an important role in this.
